Problems With Keyboard And Mouse

Goodmorning guys ! I have a problem with the keyboard and the mouse on a fixed computer. I made a system piece bit and i put windows 10 after i connected mouse and keyboard i open the computer normally goes into the windows and i see that the mouse does not work the keyboard and the usb wifi i have to have a net because my router is in another room! I make a restart on pc and everything works perfectly! I say that the mouse I have it for 7 years and the keyboard is new 3 months ago I bought it. The mouse never made such things to me. It's all usb! Is there any solution to avoid this restart sequel? Thank you very much!

Well if it's working perfectly now why worry?

It was probably just a one-off glitch after a fresh install, and the restart fixed it which is often all that's required with minor issues.

You are right I did not set it right! Every time I open the computer I have the same problem and I need to restart every time!
