I just installed the Korean language pack for Windows, and I can't get the hotkeys to work. If I press Alt+Shift or Windows+Space, it says the language has changed in the Language Bar, but everything is still in English.
If I go into an application (for example, Word), I can change the default language to Korean and restart the application, at which point Korean works, but if I use hotkeys to change the language to English, it will still be in Korean. Again, the only way to change languages is to change the application default.
I can also change the system default to Korean, but then I wouldn't be able to use my computer, because I'm just barely learning it and don't have even a functional understanding of it yet. How can I make it accept different languages without restarting applications?
