Question Problems with latency and mouse-input lag in games like Apex Legends ?

Good morning, I'm trying to set my PC to the lowest latency possible given that especially in games like Apex Legends I notice a certain felling as if my Razer Viper Mini Mouse was unstable and loose, sluggish mouse feeling so to speak.

After following a series of guides actually the system in general seems more responsive to me, but the problem remains with the mouse in my opinion. Now I have downloaded both LatencyMonitor program and MouseTester program, and this is the result of the plot from MouseTester at 1600 dpi (cpi) and 1000hz polling rate:

Now I don't understand but I don't think science is needed to understand that obviously there is something wrong with the graph, or am I the one making a mistake...can you help me understand what the problem could be and if this graph is normal or Not!?
