Hello, I recently reset windows, and since then my pc has been a mess, I have reset 2 more times since to fix this, I cannot complete my online school labs now since I reset windows

I have talked with support on windows that narrowed it down to these drivers not loading on boot, I just don't understand why my school lab won't load
I have cleaned drives, updated drivers, reinstalled drivers, done sfc scan ,dism restore, memory health check everything comes up as fine, however every boot has these in the logs.

BOOTLOG_NOT_LOADED \SystemRoot\System32\drivers\dxgkrnl.sys
BOOTLOG_NOT_LOADED \SystemRoot\System32\drivers\amdfendr.sy
BOOTLOG_NOT_LOADED \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\vlflt.sys
BOOTLOG_NOT_LOADED \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\trufos.sys
BOOTLOG_NOT_LOADED \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\atc.sys
BOOTLOG_NOT_LOADED \SystemRoot\system32\drivers\wd\WdFilter.sys
BOOTLOG_NOT_LOADED \SystemRoot\System32\DRIVERS\NDProxy.sys
BOOTLOG_NOT_LOADED \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\trufos.sys

I have reset windows 3 times on a 7900x, gen 4 nvme ssd, 4070, I don't understand why this is happenning still please help.

and if it's not drivers why can't I access the labs part of my class on any browser on my pc?

It's been awhile but if I had to re due a computer that was part of an online school the owner had to request a authorization link to give PC permission to link back up to school. It usually was sent in an email.

I have not did this in 15 years so that's the best I can offer.

Don't know why drivers are being a pain.
