Possible thermal throttling
(Sorry for my bad english)

I recently bought a new laptop (hp 15 ay138cl) that's meant for my studies, but I also wanted it to play some "new" games (I dont really care if they're on ultra low because I know my gpu isn't that good) but i wanted to play them smoothly at 25-35 fps, the problem is that when I play games like PUBG or The Crew the game starts with solid 35-40 fps in the lowest settings, but after a couple of minutes the fps starts dropping from 35 to 4/9 fps for at least 5 seconds and that makes the games literally unplayable. I reinstalled my gpu drivers and everything seems up to date, im not really sure about whats going on.
My laptop specs are:

Operating System Windows 10

CPU 7th Generation Intel Core i7-7500U Processor (2 cores, 4 threads)

CPU features 4MB cache and 2.7GHz up to 2.9GHz (This one is strange because in every page I find this: 2.7GHz up to 3.5GHz)

RAM 16GB memory

Hard Drive 1TB HDD

Graphics AMD Radeon R7 M440 (for some reason it shows as r7 m340 in the radeon settings)

Graphics Memory 4GB VRAM

Sorry If I missed something im new here.

yep my laptop is plugged in while im playing and the power is set on high performance. I also checked the temp and the max is 68ºc
