Problems with my computer

I was on my computer when it suddenly started to become slower and slower, until a screen tear came. It looked like my GPU was dead, but I'm not an expert. I resetted my computer and after the motherboard flash screen, it showed me this: http://prntscr.com/kpjtvg . It shows this everytime I reset the PC.

My specs:
ATI Radeon 6870
i5 3330
ASUS H61M-D

Do you have another monitor to test?
Do you have another computer to which you can install your video card to test?

Those should be good starting points but first unplug and reconnect your video cables.

I've already reconnected my video cables with no luck. I don't think there's a problem with the monitor, because the PC was getting slower. And sadly I don't have any other PC.
