The specs for my computer are:

i5-3570K (3.4 GHZ) which is overclocked to 3.8 GHZ
Motherboard: MSI B74MA-P45
RAM: 8 GB
PSU: http://thermaltakeusa.com/products-model.aspx?id=C_00001999

This is the exact computer I bought

I recently bought a gigabyte GTX 760 2GB graphics card. You know, the oversized one with 3 fans. For the first week or so it has been working fine, no problems whatsoever. However now I am getting some problems. I play Guild Wars 2 (a moderately intensive game when put on high graphics). I find that sometimes when I load into the game, the graphics aren't completely loaded, for example my character would be invisible. Once or twice, I even had rainbow colours show up at certain sections of my screen (now it doesn't happen anymore, I believe they are called anomalies). But still I have a problem with loading graphics. I haven't even overclocked it yet.

Is this a problem with my graphics card? Maybe because it was a tight fit into my PC? (the graphics card is pretty huge). Is it a problem with my PSU? (I have 700w on my PSU, minimum is 500w but I know I have a cheap brand). Maybe my cable management sucks idk.

Now I am thinking of returning my GPU back to newegg for a replacement. However I am not sure if it is the problem with the GPU or a problem with something else. Please help.

Your PSU is fine. It sounds as if you are describing an event called "artifacting". This is caused by an unstable graphics card clock. From the factory, most graphics cards are overclocked if you didn't buy the stock version. Sometimes, these overclocks are unstable and can cause issues. Using a program such as MSI Afterburner, reduce your core and memory clock by 25mhz. That should help stabilize the card and fix your problem.
