problems with my graphics card

all of the sudden my graphics card starting running really bad. it used to run games ok but now it has a lot of trouble on games it used to run fine. what do i do. its updated fully but. should i should nvidia?

Can you also go a little more in depth on your issue? How do you know your games are not running as well as before? FPS drops? Stuttering?

its not an amazing PC but the specs are an Intel core i3 4th generation, 16gb ddr3 ram
, gtx 745 nvidia. it used to play games like rocket league and could play gta v around 45 fps, then for the last couple of days the fps has dropped to around 15 fps on low settings, and i noticed this because i stream using my graphics card as a decoder for OBS Open Broadcast Software and my stream constantly lags from the input of my elgato hd60. then i tried playing one of my pc games and the fps dropped enough that its almost unplayable. its all updated and i have no idea whats wrong. its also never been overclocked if thats even possible for my card....
