Problems with my H440 Fans

Hi Im confused on how should i plug the fans for my build. I'm using the z270 gaming pro carbon with a nzxt h440 case and a kraken x42 CPU cooler. So far I plugged the x42 to my CPU_Fan, but when it comes to the hub of the h440 I'm no sure where should I plug the PWN Cable since the manual says in the CPU_FAN, but thats already been used by the x42. I've plugged the PWM in a SYS_FAN and it works, but I'm not sure if I will damage my mobo or If i will have full control of the fans. Need help please. I also have a spare PUMP_FAN header just in case.
