[SOLVED] Problems with my keyboard

Hey everyone Ive had this problem now for a while and decided to ask you guys about it. I have a Corsair strafe RGB keyboard and ive had it for 2 years, sometimes when I boot up my pc my caps light key doesnt work num lock or scroll lock too. I restart my PC, it works but sometimes it also does not. I really need your help to fix this issue I don't think It was always like this. When I upgraded from a 6700k to a 9700k and swapped my mobo, I hoped that would fix it it did not. I really need you help on this one. Thanks!

could be a firmware issue on keyboard - have you checked in Icue? https://www.corsair.com/ww/en/downloads
