Problems with my new computer!

Hi,

This is my first post,

I just bought a new PC by the following parts:
Motherboard: MSI H55M-P31
CPU: Intel Core i3 540
RAM: G-Skills 8gb RAM x2
PSU: 550w

The problem is:
When i switch on the computer, the splash screen appears after that the computer reboots (IF JUST ONE RAM IS PLUGGED IN ANY SLOT)
When i switch on the computer, the splash screen appears, i hear a middle beep, post screen appears fast, i hear another duble short beeps and reboots (IF TWO RAMS ARE INSERTED IN 1-2 OR 3-4 SLOT)
Wheen i switch on the computer, the splash screen appears, i do not hear nothing, post screen appears and freezes there. (IF TWO RAMS ARE INSERTED IN 1-3 or 2-4)

1. There is not short circuit because the motherboard is placed on a cartoon paper.
2. The problems does not come from Power Supply (I tried to change it with another one)
3. The processor temperature is OK, and the CPU cooler is safely placed on CPU.
4. I tried to remove the battery to reset the BIOS, i also tried to reset it with the PINS - nothing changed.

Can you give me any suggestions?

Hi,
Try removing the CPU and checking the socket if any bent pins.

Yes they are perfect!

Then try testing different RAMs.

Tried with my brothers RAM, still not working
