problems with my new gaming computer

Hello everyone,

I have recently bought an asus rog gl502vt strix and so far, im not having a good time. i purchased the laptop from best buy and this is currently my second unit (which im typing on). I have exchanged the original for this one because it had constant static when i plugged earphones into the audio jack, however this one is worse. Not only does this second model have the same problem as the first, (static in headphones when plugged into the audio jack) but the top right fan also has some crackling noises when spinning. Any help would be helpful on how to solve this.

Return the 2nd one as well, try a different pair of earphones as they may be the cause.
