Problems with my psu

So i have a 280 watts psu and my video card is ATI radeon Hd 2400 xt with 3052 MB

im planning on getting something better. i only play crossfire(which is really good with this video card) and csgo. i have low fps on csgo thats why i want to upgrade my gpu. i dont play games like bf4 gta assasin's creed etc etc. i cant upgrade my psu for now cause i need my money at school and stuff i only saved for a graphics card please help

7GB Ram

its pretty good for a cheap pc but i get 70 fps on csgo but it drops i want it stable, i dont play other games that requires good gpu i just want to know what video card is better than mine for me to get maybe higher and stable fps

I would drop an hd7770 or R5-260 into it.
If you were looking for Nvidia, maybe a gt740.

Or maybe you can find something used to throw in their on the cheap. Use Toms Heirarchy chart to guide you.
