Problems with my Radeon 9200

Can anyone please, please help. I recently purchased a Radeon 9200 256Mb Graphics card, upgrading from my 64Mb card. Ever since it has been installed my PC Crashes, and I get the error Thread stuck in the Device Driver, regarding to my Graphics Card. I have tried emailing the company, but to be honest, they are as much use as a Chocolate Fireguard. Can someone tell me what could be the problem, and how to fix it. Someone has mentioned I need to update the Driver, but when I goto the Site, they give me the option to download all there drivers, and I am unsure which to download, coz Im a bit thick like that. Please can someone help, I just got Half Life 2, Halo, Max Payne 2 & Fifa 2004 and they crash all the god damn time!!!!

I smell a troll. But even if it's not it's funny cause he's gotta R9200 with 256 mb, man that's much better than your old R9200 with 64 mb! Haha!

<b>BF</b>, as UFO says, HL2 givng you problems, too bad. And considering the titles you're listing and that you're as you say "Thick in the Head", should I hazard a guess that these are all Warez version of these titles and you're wondering why you're having issues, and not calling tech-support. Uh that's right there is no tech support. Did you get that R9200 out of the back of a van too?

Seriously and R9200 with 256mb, and I thought the FX5600256mb was bad. Even he FX5200U in ULTRA format might get better use than the anemic R9200 (and it's not even a PRO verson, Oie!)

Actually BOTH. The FX5600non-U was the first to appear, and the review confirmed it is only useful for MEGA Res. and Hi AA/AF and even then there was only a <5% diff.

I'm not judging JUST the ram, I'm mainly judging the EXPENSE of a card with more ram. If you have a GFFX5200U with 256mb at twice the price of one w/ 128mb, then you have an obvious 'losing' card. If they are the same price, clocked the same, etc. Then sure, go for more memory. But even the effort/act of upgrading from those class of cards to the same class with just more memory is a waste of time/money IMO. And any expectation of major performance gains is just silly.
