[SOLVED] Problems with my windows 10 (version 1511 updated to 2004), please help

So today I clean installed my PC with CD's. Later on I wanted to install the newest drivers of my XFX RX 590. I finished updating windows 10 first. My system began to update from update 1511 to 2004. But then...
Then the problems began to occure.

Problem 1
First my graphics card said: Error 184: operating system is not supportive. My win 10 said it was up to date (version:2004) and no updates were to be found.
Problem 2
I wanted to install my Logitech G pro mouse software when suddenly problem 0x80131500 occured.

The 2 problems have in common that they ahve to do with Updates. That's just it, I don't get it since my windows 10 says it's fully updated...
I've tried everything, ddu in safe mode, clean install 2nd time, installing previous versions, searching for the windows update at what update he was (odd it didn't got past 9-6-2020),...
I don't know what to do anymore. I don't know if it's bad not to update.
I hope I don't need to buy another windows. Because I have the key.

Aerocool GT-A white (8years)(will be replaced soon)
PSU: non modulair Corsair CX 750w (8years) (will be replaced soon)
Mobo: MSI Z170 gaming a (5 years old)
CPU: Intel core I7 6700 non k with stock cooler (5 years old)
Ram: Hyperx 16gb DDR4 (5 years old)
GPU: amd XFX RX590 Fatboy 8gb (almost 3 years old) (downvolted)
SSD: Kingston 240gb (5 years old)
HDD: WD 1,5 tb (10+ years old)
Display LG 24 inch 1080p 144hz 1ms (2 years old)
Windows version: 1511 to 2004 (installed on my 240gb kingston)

What could this be?

Going from Windows 10 Build 1511 to the latest version will be problematic. Doing a clean install from from build 1511 and trying to upgrade again won't solve the issues.

I would suggest that you create a new USB Installation disk with the latest version and make another attempt at doing a Clean Install.

I will try the first one and if that doesn't help, then I'll have no choice but to do it the 2nd way. Thing is, I have never done this with a USB and I'm affraid of failing or doing something wrong. So I try to avoid this. I am however going to replace my psu and my case and some local store will do it, I can ask if they clean install it from a usb and make sure everything works...

SOLVED! Things seem to go on a good way. I can update again.
I don't know why microsoft didn't recognise it had to update further to the november update. Why is that?
Shouldn't it recognise it immidiatly?
