Question Problems with .Net Framework

Hello, every time i restart or turn on my computer, i am greeted with this error. It has happened before, i've been playing few games, and every time i needed to launch the game, computer were asking me to install .Net Framework or something like that, one time you click install and the game runs, after a while you launch the game again, same requirement but then you hit Uninstall and game launches again, and so on every time you want to play a game, it happend with 2 games only. One of them was postal 4 and i cannot remember the other one. Its weird and i have no idea what is that. Thank you for your answers!

that dll is razer synapse. try uninstall and reinstall that

error log says file is missing, thats from razer synapse, reinstall that one

if razer synapse will still throw this error, then reinstall .net framework
that is in windows features uncheck .net framework 4.xx to uninstall it when you press apply button, then checkmark it back to install it back

if that error is only informative and running apps still works, than you can hide it here

Thank you for your answers! So i tried reinstalling Razer Synapse and .Net Framework. Everything is still same. First i tried reinstalling razer synapse, after restarting pc i had no error, but as soon as i installed it back, error came out again after another restart. Then i uninstalled .Net Framework, restarted my pc and got same error, then i installed it back by checking the boxes in Windows Features and restarted my pc again, aaaand nothing 😢 same error and my razer software doesnt launches (It didnt launched before as well, forgot to mention)

Thank you, i probably had updated my system recently. I am running on very specific version of windows. LTSC. Maybe that could have some problems in common?

Will try to, all apart from that, how do i fix this issue with .net framework? Becouse its not a first time happening, something is wrong, I did all the steps. Tried reinstalling both drivers and framework
