Problems with Network Adapters

I'm experiencing problems with my Windows 7 network adapter as it cant automatically connect to a wired network. My network adapter is Broadcom NetXtreme 57xx Gigabit Controller.

Make sure it shows up properly in the device manager. If it has a yellow exclamation point next to it or is showing up in "other devices", then you need to install the LAN drivers. These drivers can be found on the computer manufacturer's web site or if you built your own pc, it will be on the motherboard manufacturer's web site.
