I've been taking peoples advice from another thread but reposted it here since it is more than one problem now.

Here is my build: I5-4690, MSI R9 290x, 8gb G.skill ram, Asrock Fatality H97 Killer, Seagate Barracuda 1tb 7200 rpm HDD, Rosewill 630 watt PSU. One week old.

For the first few days everything ran fine. Stable frames in all games, no problems with mouse/keyboard. Now I get bad FPS and things stop working.

Problems:
Mouse becomes jerky/won't move. Speakers give out so only one works(works fine in front case port), keyboard stops working.

Computer froze a couple times, mouse would move, had to force restart.

FPS drop in all games. League of Legends used to stay at 60 fps the whole game. Now it will be at 60, drop to 40-50 and freeze for a second. When I die, it goes from 60 fps to 40 fps and freezes. In BF4 where I used to get 100+ fps, it will now be 60 and sometimes drop to 50. I will be in an area and be around 70-80, then it will drop to 47,50,40,36,3,25,6(all fps I've seen it drop to), and it will freeze/jump around. Starcraft also jumps around.

What I've done:
Ran Memtest86 and found no problems
Ran Microsoft memory test, no problems
Disabled AMD sound driver and used only Realtek, stayed the same
Removed drivers with Display Driver Uninstaller and re-installed drivers
Removed KB3004394 windows update(found that this update conflicted with AMD drivers)
Installed all other windows updates that were needed
Tried different graphics setting in BF4, stayed the same
Defragged the HDD
When loading BF4 HDD is at 99%, when in game its lower around 10-13%
CPU temp highest was 73c, GPU was 74c, but it's much lower when on the internet and the keyboard or speaker stops working

I'm thinking about buying a new MOBO and re-installing windows to see if that helps.
Thanks for any help

Solution
It's not the best PSU but it's OK, the Tiered forum on Newegg lists it as tier 2b so it's a solid unit.

I really think it's your motherboard. Temps aren't an issue.
Is this a good one? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817438028&cm_re=evga_power_supply-_-17-438-028-_-Product

I just played League of Legends and it did the same shit my old computer did. When I would place a ward, FPS drops and game freezes, I die game freezes.

I already got an RMA number for the motherboard refund. I may go ahead with that and if that doesn't solve the problem then get a new PSU. Such a pain trying to figure out whats wrong with a new computer, that was working great a few days ago, and having to buy new parts hoping for a fix.

The Rosewill Capstone is made by Super Flower and is fantastic. The Hive and Photon are OK too but a bit meh...

Didn't even think to do that. I'll try it and see what happens. Will I need to uninstall the drivers or will it be fine since it will be disconnected?

You've already tried removing the drivers so they aren't the issue in themselves but no harm in giving the integrated graphics a clean slate to work with

I think I'm going to go ahead and RMA this motherboard after I buy a new one(already got RMA #), re-install windows, and then see how it is. If I still get problems I'll replace the PSU and then the HDD I guess.

I put LOL to ultra low and it was 6 frames. The freezing isn't a constant thing, it's happened 2 or 3 times so I didn't give it long enough to see if it would freeze without it. This morning when I turned my computer on, the keyboard wasn't working again. Last night when I was watching southpark it messed up a few times with the picture and sound messing up. One time the screen looked similar to this.

Have you checked the temperature of your GPU and CPU under a moderate load?

Otherwise, I'd try and run it longer without the gpu and see if it freezes. Are your parts still under warranty?

Exactly which Rosewill PSU do you have? As mentioned before, some are junk and some are fantastic.

This is the PSU I have. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182200

The freezing doesn't happen nearly as often as the FPS instability/in game "freezing", and the keyboard/speakers going out. Today while watching a video the speakers where crackling a lot.

Parts are still under warranty. I already got an RMA number to get a refund on the MOBO. If it happens with a new MOBO I figured I'll just buy a new PSU for that test, I don't want to keep RMAing items, if they will even let me.

Right when I was about to post this it froze again. I had 6 tabs open, just started a video to see if temp would go up much, and when I brought up MSI Afterburner to check temps it froze. CPU temp was 34c and GPU was 38c. Had to hold down the start button to make it shut off.

I hope it fixes your issue I really do.

If that Asrock board is in warranty make sure to RMA it. You can always sell the replacement Asrock board on eBay
