Hi guys.
Not sure if this is the right place to post, but I'm looking for some help on my build.
Getting odd crashes, quite frequently and it's becoming a pain in the ass.
They seem pretty random.
Problems:
Crashes to black screen then restart, whilst watching Youtube/scrolling pages online.
Freezes/crashes in game. Some games last longer/work better than others.
(I will point out in advance, that I had a MSI AMD RX 580 ARMOR 8G OC attached previous to the 1070 and was having the same issues.)
My components are as follows...

MB: ASUS TUF X470-PLUS GAMING
PSU: EVGA 850 GQ, 80+ GOLD 850W
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700X
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4 2400 MHz
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 Ti SC GAMING ACX 3.0 Black Edition

I have a NZXT Kraken X62 applied to the CPU.

Any help is much appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

Solution
My stab in the dark is a power issue. You do have one heck of a PSU but scrolling through a webpage doesn't stress your system. I would try a different PSU and see what happens.

I originally had my PSU from my old build and was getting the same issues.
That's what I thought the problem was initially (with the other PSU), so I went for a full new build.
