Problems with OBS Studio stream

Overwatch runs fine (120-150fps) but my stream looks like i'm playing on 20fps. I dont think that my internet is causing that because i have great ping all the time.

My specs:
CPU: i5-4690k
GPU: GTX 970
8GB RAM
Win 10
Network: 50 Down, 10 Up

I just switched to nvenc and that fixed all my problems. Quality of streams/recording are good enough and all games runs good But thanks for helping!
