Question Problems with pc performance

Normally i play 144 fps contsant fortnite. But like 2 months ago, i had a problems, suddenly fps go down like to 70 in creative and 40 in match. So i used the guarantee and there were not any hardware problems. So i just restart all the pc, and fortnite then worked well. But the last weekend it happened again the same thing, i restarted the pc another time and it went well another time , but since then after 2 or 3 days the problem its repeated another time . However, it is not only the fortnite the whole pc and other games are just slower. I have tried everything i know . Thanks for reading and helping

Hello, i have fps problems in fortntie . It is because fortnite is using a 100% of ONE cpu, while when i use the 5 cpus that my laptop has it only uses a 30%. Someone knows what can i do? Thanks
