Hello. I have some troubles with my pc.. 1 month ago, the pc worked fine, and for a month, i am trying to fix my pc.
Ok, so, I tried with windows 10 first.
I cannot install it (black screen after restart when was on boot), then I decided to come back to windows 7.
I installed It, but, I have big problems (i had this problem last month).
My pc just make some. noise, and then it freez for, like 20 30 sec, and then work for 10 sec.
i think is from HDD, but i am not sure of that. What can I do to fix these freezes?

8GB RAM KINGSTON
FM2 ASROCK MBOARD
HDD 1TB SEAGATE
