I have been having problems with my PC for a few weeks. The problem seems to be my hard drive, but when I replaced it I still have the same problem. All the programs I open start to say not responding and then my computer ends up crashing. This has now happened on two hard drives. Any Help?

You could try running the "sfc/scannow" command in an elevated CMD. That fixes corrupted files from Windows but you should also scan it for viruses. I would use this:

Run a "Threat Scan":
