Question Problems with PC

Is there a proper way to test all PC Hardware?
I have problems with PC-Crahes.
Is MemTest the best Option to Test RAM
If yes, what settings should i run?
RAM:
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600Mhz

memtestx86 is the best to check ram. Just run default.

Aida64 trial can test all hardware.

Default is : XMP off and 2133Mhz or XMP on and 3600 Mhz?
And should i test the RAM Sticks single or both at the one time?
