[SOLVED] Problems with phone

Hello
My cousin's phone (huawei p8 lite keeps restarting when the screen is touched
And it can only be turned on if its charging and it cant be turned off unless the battery dies
Anyone know what the problem is?

There could be possibly some bug in the OS that's causing this.

Is that phones OS updated to the latest version?

Have you tried clearing cache from the recovery mode?

It's likely a software problem.

If nothing works, perform a factory reset.
