So I have 2 sticks of RAM, one is 2GB and the other one is 4GB. When both of them were Installed I had constantly crashes(BSOD). I testet once both with Windows Memory Diagnostics and it said that there was a problem with my hardware, after that I had tested the one by one and Windows Memory Diagnostics said that there is no problem... so i think that the RAM are not damaged but is a compatibility problem.
Sticks name:
1. FLFE85F-C8KL9 NAES DDR3-1333 2GB KINGMAX
2. FLFF65F-D8KQ9 EAEU DDR3-1333 4GB KINGMAX

So if somebody can tell me what the problem is...

Solution

Boot into BIOS,
Go to section Overclocking and set values:
DRAM frequency = manual;
Adjusted Dram frequency = 1333mhz;
DRAM timing mode = manual;
Enter Advanced DRAM configuration and set values
tCL = 10
tRCD = 10
tRP = 10
tRAS = 30
(rest on auto)
