Question Problems with RAM. PC unstable getting PMU training error

Hello,

Firstly I have had my PC for around 3 months built by myself but recently I have been having issues with this PMU Training error the PC will completely freeze so I have to power it off then when I restart I get the Error. After I have rebooted my PC only detects 8GB ram not the full 16 that is installed. I then have to remove the sticks and reinstall to get them to read again.

Specs
Ryzen 5 3600
Gigabyte Aorus B450 Elite
2x 8GB crucial ballistix 3000Mhz ram
Radeon RX580
128gb NVME drive
1TB HDD

I'm not sure if it is the RAM modules as I have tested with another 8GB ram stick and after about 30 minutes I got the same lock-up from it as well.

My mobo is on BIOS f51 is this an issue, is there a more stable BIOS version that is compatible with the 3000 series ryzen processors?

Any Help is much appreciated,
Thanks Sam
