So I have just built my PC I’ve had it like about 9 months or so.

I have a 2TB Samsung 990 Pro M.2 SSD. I've never had any issues with it but for the last 3-ish weeks every game on my M.2 storage drive will not launch and there is no error code. All that pops up is it says
" Disk write error-m/steam library/steamapps" and so on.

At first I thought it was a Steam issue but I have issues with games from Epic and also Xbox and Ubisoft. I have tried restoring the integrity of the files in restarted steam over and over my pc also just don’t know.

The make and model of my motherboard is msi b550 gaming plus
The bios is 1.B0
And yes I have used Samsung magician and I do have a update but whenever I try to start the update it’s fails and says check system compatibility for optimal SSD performance but I’m so lost it works perfectly fine for 9 months then just out of the blue can’t play any of my games on the m.2

[Edit]

My bad. I tried updating the M.2 SSD's Firmware just for fun and it let me update it.
The M.2 SSD is running on the latest version now.
