problems with svchost.exe

Hello.Ive got a problem with svchost.exe.After i play 30 mins on my laptop it starts to work very slow.The usage goes up to 100%. What should i do? Pls help!

Right click on the the svchost.exe (there are many svchost.exe process, cdo this on the one which gives you problem) and select search online. You'll get some results. See the solution.
