For starters this is my current setup
Mobo: GA-P55A-UD3 (rev. 2.0)
CPU: i7 870 (2,93GHz)
PSU: Chieftec Nitro 85+(850W)
Ram:8Gb DDR3
And the current GPU:Radeon HD6900
Os:Win 7 pro 64bit
Now I wanted to replace the above mentioned Gpu with the 1050Ti. I did all the steps one should take before installing a new card. It works fine until I install the driver, after that my Pc shuts down and starts back up again at random times (after 1/5/10 min) this never happens with my other card .
Could it be a compatibility issue with the mother board or with some other component, or is it something with the drivers (I tried multiple versions of it ).

Solution
Yes it looks like the campatability issue as the board does not have the UEFI bios and 10xx series needs the UEFI bios tahts why its not working see if there is bios update for you but the chances are 1%
