Problems with this graphic card

So about 8 months ago I had bought a R9 270x Radeon Graphic Card

My Temps while not playing are around 20-25 Degress Celcius, while playing games I hit 70 to 80 Degress Celcius.
The card's fan's go into Overdrive As soon as I launch a game. here are my specs, Yes I was on a budget.

I agree with jerdle, there is nothing to be concerned about. Chances are, with that card, you will have to deal with loud fans when gaming.
