Problems with upgraded computer. Windows 10 BSOD

About a week ago I upgraded my computer, but I have been having trouble with blue screens and crashing programs ever since.

I have formatted four times, installed all the correct drivers manually before connecting to the internet.

I ran Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool, no errors. System File Checker finds no errors.
Windows Memory Diagnostics Tools found no errors (haven't gotten around to running memtest86 yet). CHKDSK found no errors.

If i run verifier.exe /standard /all I will get blue screen.

Issues: Blue screens, crashing applications, getting "Aw snap" in Chrome all the time, scrolling stops working until i press the middle mouse button. Windows showing the loading circle at cursor very often when it should not be loading.

The computer can be stable for a long time but then suddenly gets a bluescreen if I leave it in idle.

I have no idea how to solve this problem and would be very happy if someone could figure out what's wrong.

1. get a usb drive and install mem86 on it to check your ram. do one stick at a time, not both in the system. 2. if you have an extra amd or nvidia video card try those in the system instead of the 7970. 3. download speedfan and run the drive test. thats if you can get the system stable enough.
