Problems with upgrading to windows 10

Hi there,
After reserving my windows 10 offer and being notified that the download has started, I have been unable at see the download's progress. Whenever I attempt to check on the progress I'm told something went wrong. It's taking too long for it to download.

Alternatively, you can go to MS website and download it yourself.
