For a couple of weeks now I have had problems with my PC where 4 of the USB ports on the motherboard do not work, and the audio jacks on the front of the PC don't work. I sent it for repairs to the company I bought it from and they sent a new one. After installing it the same issue persisted and I sent it back along with my CPU and RAM. I just got it back a couple of days ago and the issue is still there. When I plug in my headset there is no sound coming and the PC doesn't even recognize the headset. The 4 USB ports at the back do not work when plugging in keyboard etc. In device manager there is also a little warning sign next to one of the USB root hubs.

Solution
May be Bad connection between the front audio jack module and your motherboard.

Outdated audio drivers installed on your computer. The required port might not be enabled from your audio settings.

Have you checked this if not then check it?

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (original, new, refurbished, used.)?

Make and model headset(s)?

What USB devices are connected to the motherboard?

If possible take a screen shot of window showing the little warning sign.
