problems with video

I have a Dell OptiPlex gx280 low profile, and I'm running windows 7 ultimate and it's running fine but I upgraded to windows 8.1 and the computer ran good but I tried to run Netflix and the video was broken up and it just would not play right. What do I need to upgrade to be able to watch Netflix? I'm not a gamer, just love my movies.

Sounds like either a network or graphics driver issue. Increase the buffer and see if the video still plays, if it doesn't, you'll need to update the graphics driver.
