Problems with Win 10

Hey guy's
So I upgraded my win7 to win10, and I have meny problems that I can't fix..
I can't login to my microsoft acount, I can't use the microsoft store and can't press on the "buy" button.
In addition, I can't use the "Search" option, when I type something, nothing happens...
I allready tried opening a new account with the cmd and it didn't work.
I allsaw tried opening a new profile on the computer, but I can't do that, when I press "new user" nothing happens. I feels like all those problems are connected somehow..
Hope you guy's can help :/

Did you use your Microsoft account as user name on PC? As if so, you locked out until you change it - we can't help you get in to PC but I can at least offer this an alternative to copy anything off PC you might want to save: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/use-ubuntu-live-cd-to-backup-files-from-your-dead-windows-computer/

On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB

If you sure your password is right but still cannot get in, I would suggest you copy everything off PC and do a fresh install of Win 10 and make a user with a password you do know.
