Hey all.

Recently I purchased the GTX 950 for use with my work computer and I am receiving error code 43.

I was receiving this error code previously with the 750 I had in it and the only solution was to use drivers for windows 8.1. That fixed worked for me until I upgraded.

Whenever I install the latest driver, I get the same error code 43. The display resolution gets capped at 1024x768 and my settings are locked. I generally use a 2 monitor setup at work and currently, I am unable to.

As far as that error code is concerned, I have confirmed that the external power cable is properly connected and functioning. The card is plugged in properly. I have tested with other graphics cards to ensure there is no interference.

Here's what I've done:

Downloaded and installed Latest Driver for Windows 10 (358.50)
Guruu 3d DDU then Installed Latest Driver for Windows 10 (358.50)
Guruu 3d DDU then Installed Older Driver for Windows 10 (356.04)
Guruu 3d DDU then Installed Latest Driver for Windows 8.1/8 (358.50)
Guruu 3d DDU then let Windows Update Try (Error 0x800f020b)
Clean install of Windows 10 then let Windows Update try (Error 0x800f020b)
BIOS update on Mobo and Clean install of Windows 10 (same errors on all previous steps)

I have not tried installing a previous version of Windows. The goal is to not have to.

Here's my system:
Windows 10 Professional 64-bit
ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0 AM3+ AMD 970 Motherboard
AMD FX(tm)-6300 Six-Cote Processor ~3.5GHz
16GB G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
Thermaltake TR2 TR-600 600W ATX12V v2.3 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready Power Supply
Sandisk 120Gb SSD (Windows 10 boot drive)
Toshiba 500Gb HDD (Data Drive)

Thanks in advance.
Scott

I have done that already. I amended the post to reflect that.
