Problems with windows 8.1 and 10

Hi everyone,
So from the day I took this laptop i had windows 8.1 installed in it. This windows gave me nightmares. The main problems are two. The first one is that some times the wifi that i'm conencted to becomes "limited" even tho. it's working fine for other people, so I have to active/desactive "Plane mode" for it to come back to normal... this makes me disconnect from games for exemple. The second problem is that some times when the windows starts the Desktop shows but the TaskBar is all empty and i can't use many fonciannality of the windows because of that like shortcuts (#R,....) so I have to reload many times so that it loads normally.
I updated to Windows 10 but the same problems persiste.

Did you do a clean install of Windows 10, or did you do the upgrade?

If its the latter, I would consider doing a clean install (after backing up your data of course). This should get rid of any problems that may have carried over from Windows 8.1. One caveat to doing the clean install is make sure that Windows 10 has successfully activated on your laptop.
