problems with youtube videos

why are all the videos i try to watch on youtube playing for only 19 seconds then restarting doesnt matter how long the video is after 19 seconds it stops then tells me the video was only 19 seconds it just started doing this yesterday my broswer is chrome and my os is xp pro 64 bit please help

Is Chrome up to date? Have you tried clearing flashes cache?

chrome is up to date how do i clear the cache for the flash in chrome

i deleted chromes browser cache and flash player cache and still have the problem

Does it happen on firefox or IE?

i dont use firefox but it does work in ie because ie uses a seperatre flash where as google chrome has it built into the browser
