Probook 4530s High performance graphics problem

Hi,
I have HP Probook 4530s with HD3000 and Radeon 6490m...after 3 years of using it, my radeon card is not working, whenever I try to install any driver, during installation the screen goes black, even with official HP driver...when I install it in Device manager the screen is also black when I boot my PC...I must disable it in Device manager and use Intel in order to see something on my screen....now I have even formated my HDD and reinstalled windows but the problem remain on both win7 and win10...what should I do?

If the card is removable (not likely) you can replace it, otherwise you need to replace the motherboard to fix the video issues. Or just run it on the intel onboard.
