xeon x5675 vs xeon e5 2620 vs core i5 6500 which will serve me better for robotics,coding and networking and gaming,also should i worry about getting ddr4 memor since xeon is ddr3 and how much is this futurre proof since ddr5 will come in 2020.

2020 is a long way away in computer terms.

the i5 6500 is a LOT cheaper than either of the xeons.

Modern Xeons will use DDR4.

whats your total budget and wqhat do you plan to do?

xeons are pretty cheap in my country sencond hand acctuallly (pakistan) so i was thinking for getting a xeon but lack of ddr4 is a proble since ddr4 xeon are still pretty expensive in my country.i plan to use it for gaming,ai designing,matlab,robotics all that kind of stuff?

For gaming i5-6500 for sure. A low-clocked cpu like the e5-2620 is always a bad ideia for gaming. And X5675 is just too old.
Cannot buy DDR4? Get a h110 DDR3 motherboard. Or just buy the i5-4460. Still a great cpu.

you might be able to get a Xeon e3 1230 v5 and Gigabyte X150 WS Plus motherboard relatively cheap, and get a DDR4 board that way,
