processor and motherboard

im looking to custom build my own gaming pc, ive already got a 500 GB SSD, and a GeForce gtx6900 for a graphics card, ive been looking for a processor and its between the
intel i5-3570k OR
AMD FX 8-Core Black Edition FX-8350 (FD8350FRHKBOX)
im not sure which one to get for gaming
i havent even staretd looking at mobos yet so whats the best top of the line out there? (that wont destroy my bank account completely)

and keep in mind im actually looking to go all out here, im going to end up using a 32 inch lcd or led tv for my moniter, and probably regular lcd pc moniters for whenever i want multiscreen

i5 3570K is definitely the better choice for gaming, especially if you are looking to go all out.
