Processor and Ram are not available

when i first installed windows, i could view the processor and ram by going into properties on 'My computer'.. but now it says the processor and ram as not available..
i know it's not that important and i am using cpu-z but it still worries me..
my configuration is
AMD A10 7850k
8GB ram
1TB HDD
ASUS a88xm-1 motherboard.. please help

This might answer your question. Check the Windows Management Instrumentation service. Ensure that it is set to "Automatic".

Did you do a clean Windows installation with all the updates install and your chipset drivers? What does CPU-Z say?

cpu-z shows the correct information. but the properties in my computer shows nothing.

This might answer your question. Check the Windows Management Instrumentation service. Ensure that it is set to "Automatic".

when i checked, it was set to automatic. i put it to disabled, and then back again to automatic. didn't work.
