Intel i3 7100 processor is compatible with H-110 type LGA 1151 socket mothboard?

Technically it is - but the board needs to have correct BIOS version installed prior to using this CPU. If the board has old BIOS, they will not work together until you can upgrade BIOS using 6th gen CPU for that.
