Processor comparison opinions please!

I am relatively new to building computers but im not completely new so i would like to ask you fine people your opinions on these two processors and which is better and why a certain one is better.
I don't know what the "Turbo" means.

8350 is better all around. It has the newer cores and is better optimized.
Turbo is how fast the cpu will outomatically overclock itself. he max speed is for when the cpu typically only has 1 core in use.
