Processor cooling system

I want to cool and overlock i7 7700k /or ryzen (havent decided yet) which AIO cooler do you recommend ?? I have the corsair 100i v2 in my amazon cart atm my case is the corsair 400c and i thought it would be good to use it at the front side of the case could you tell me is there a better quality cpu cooler for the same price or cheaper?

I'm running a Corsair H115i on the same CPU. It's great.

I've recommended it to quite a few people here and works great for them as well.
