I keep seeing posts about bottle-necking with Cpu and the new 1070 Graphics cards. Can someone clarify for me if my Current build would benefit form a 1070, and if there would be a bottleneck. I also dont know if it would be possible but if my current build would bottleneck is there anything i can do without replacement parts to reduce the bottleneck.

When talking about bottlenecking of the GPU, one of the most important things is resolution you will be playing. It is easy to have an underused GPU at 1080p, hard at 1440p, very hard at 4K

GTX1070 would definitely be bottlenecked at 1080p on FX8350. You could play at higher quality at higher virtual resolution, because frame rates would not be high at 1080p anyway.
