Processor Effect on GPU?

I keep seeing posts about bottle-necking with Cpu and the new 1070 Graphics cards. Can someone clarify for me if my Current build would benefit form a 1070, and if there would be a bottleneck. I also dont know if it would be possible but if my current build would bottleneck is there anything i can do without replacement parts to reduce the bottleneck.

Yes it would, adn theres nothing you can do about it without a platform change.
I would just get a 1060 instead.


EDIT: the 1060 would be enough for the resolution and refresh rate you game at.
