All of a sudden for no apparent reason my motherboard keeps giving processor error beeps. Tried my two AMD Phenom II 965 black Edition, one is a c2 model the other c3 model and my FX-4350 and mobo keeps giving the same error.
Mobo is a MSI 970 gaming which I assume might be refurbished since the box was not sealed when I received it and the jumper for cmos was MIA literally.
System worked fine, all the fans run, the cooling system runs. My MSI gtx 960 4g vid card and the gygabite gtx 960 4gig oc works. SLI works, not getting any ram issue beeps.
I did oc the FX 4350 to 4.6 from 4.2 using the built in oc. And did change the ram to 1600 in the bios since it was saying my Corsair vengeance 8 gig sticks where running at 1333mhz instead of 1600. Have 3 sticks since the fourth decided to not function anymore in the old system.
So when I got home after work yesterday all it gave me was 5 beeps which apparently means processor error and its the only beep code it gives me.
Working on returning the mobo back to newegg since actually had enough of a brain cell at the time of order to take the extended warranty on it. Pc build is only a week old.
Using a Roswelli 850 hive psu.
