processor fan 775 , short with case computer

is there any chance broken system?
i replace the plastic pin holder for fan , from the original fan cooler intel 775 with some metal screw and nut ?

somehow , after i checked the back body from mainboard, the screw from colling fan intel 775 is contact with case computer ...is there any chance the computer will get error ?

and how about if i put some bubble plastic wrap behind the case , stick into area within processor so the metal screw will not short into my case ...

this morning i will test some processor 775 and case computer in my office ....... 🙁

update: after testing with digital multimeter, the result is negative
,there isn't delta voltage between computer case with heatsink processor , and either no contact at all within.......the intel already sealed the processor
